It was the coldish December of 2013. My colleagues at the Rabindra Bharati University, and I, we’re focused on making the Grand Event, the International Conference, a great success. We had around 80 delegates from four continents, Africa, Asia, Europe, and America. A good website managed the seminar and published the Seminar Proceedings in its Exit Session on December 18, 2013. Unfortunately, that site is no more existing. So, as the then Convener, I thought I try to recreate with some torn papers I still saved very affectionately. Unfortunately, I could NOT trace the Conference Proceedings. It was published on the Internet and an open document. I shall look forward to receiving it from somebody who might have kept that in their archive.
